Can a restaurant use this without hotel modules?
Yes. Restaurant workspaces have restaurant access, while hotel modules remain available only to hotel workspaces with the relevant permissions.
Do seasonal price edits change existing room bookings?
No. A reservation keeps its agreed nightly price. New bookings and newly quoted extension nights use the applicable current rate.
Is the software free right now?
Free during launch. No card. No automatic paid enrollment. Guest charges and third-party service costs are separate. A future paid subscription is not activated automatically.
Does a group receive one combined legal invoice?
Each named room booking has its own guest folio and invoice. The group view provides an organizer summary; company billing is a separate workflow.
