Is Netcurion Hospitality free to start?
Yes. Software onboarding is free during launch, with no payment card or automatic paid subscription. Assigned workspace allowances still apply. Guest meals, room stays, hosting and third-party provider fees are separate.
Can I use only the restaurant system?
Yes. Choose Restaurant during signup. Your workspace includes the restaurant modules allowed by your plan and staff roles; room inventory, front desk and other hotel modules remain hidden and unavailable.
What happens when a guest scans a table QR?
The QR opens your own business and the selected table, with the current digital menu and prices. To place a table order, the guest enters the current sitting code shared by staff. Closing a sitting stops new orders, and a revoked QR no longer opens the menu.
How do I get my team ready?
Verify your email, create your business and add your first outlet. Add menu items, prices and availability, then configure tables or room types. Invite team members and assign only the modules, branches and departments they need.
Can we manage hotel bookings and seasonal prices?
Hotel workspaces can manage room types, date-based nightly rates, reservations, group rooming lists, arrivals, guest folios and checkouts. Confirmed bookings preserve their agreed nightly prices when future rates are edited.
Can restaurant orders be charged to a hotel room?
Authorised staff can arrange a private room-charge pass for an active in-house stay. The room number or a table QR alone cannot authorise a room charge. Accepted restaurant charges appear on the guest folio.
Are online payments available immediately?
The live pilot currently supports cash or front-desk collection. Online payments require a verified merchant account and deployment activation. Creating a free software account does not automatically activate bank payments.
Does the system generate invoices and government IRNs?
Guest invoice workflows are available. Legal seller details and tax settings need to be configured correctly. Government e-invoice registration remains disabled until the applicable provider account and production requirements are activated.
How are business accounts and staff access separated?
Each business has tenant-scoped records and role permissions enforced by the services. Super Admin uses a separate login with authenticator MFA. Staff access can be limited by branch, department and module, with protected HR and payroll records.
Can an independent hotel use it?
Yes. Onboarding offers independent business operation as well as a SaaS workspace. A separately hosted private installation, migration and licence terms need to be arranged with our team. Choosing independent mode does not purchase or provision a new server.
What should I do if I cannot sign in?
Use Forgot password from the sign-in page. Pending team invitations can be reissued through Need a fresh invitation. If MFA is enabled, keep your authenticator or recovery code available; password recovery does not remove MFA.
